Our Toulouse 2023 retreat at the Château de Labusquière was a joy and a delight ! We spent the week cooking up French classics in their decked out kitchen. Lisa and Julie led the way with pastry and bread technique, and we even had our friend Virgil come in for a natural wine tasting and Jérome came for a regional cooking class.
