As we’ve grown, we’ve been pretty intentional about how best to keep the culture and the ethos of the company alive, well and true to original vision. After years in the hospitality industry, I have a very specific vision for how to serve our guests and how to be present for each event as if it is the only one we have on our mind. Julie and I have been really intentional in how we build our brand and our team to suit this ideal. It is a model that embraces quality, care, real know-how and a foundation based on true experience and skill building - all while keeping it friendly, accessible and fun.

We are so proud of our alliances with chefs like Erin Jeanne McDowell and Melissa Martin and Naomi Pomeroy and Tara Jensen and Trevor Moran. Working alongside these true-blue talents in this trades feels exactly right to us. We have so much in store for 2025, a few new names, a few familiar ones and a few new moves.

Today, drumroll please, it is time we tell you that we are opening our 2025 calendar to private retreats!! We get asked about them quite often and per our dedication to growing slowly and intentionally (and pending the fact that up until very recently, we have been a two (wo)man show), we have waited until we know we are fully prepared to give a private and individually curated retreat our best care and attention.

We aim to host small, private groups of friends and families in chosen locations with true Rêverie hospitality, food, local partnerships and what has become our signature sense of deep curiosity and adventure (and rest and joy and food and food and food).
